I have lived here for 4 months now and every week I find another issue. First of all the “pest control” that is included on top of your rent each month is a scam! I have bugs everywhere we have to kill 10+ a day in our kitchen and all over our unit. No matter how many times they “spray”. The baseboards in the bathrooms are peeling from the walls, and after 3 flushes of the toilets they develop a black film on the bowl that has to be cleaned every other day no matter how hard you scrub. My lease indicates there was trash pickup at my door. When I phoned, Ashely acted as if I didn't know what I was talking about. She put me on bike to "double check", when she came back on line she stated I'd been given a generic lease. I'd overlooked it until I got an email today demanding I pay $14.00 or I'll be evicted. When I paid the rent for May, ahead of time I might add, I paid the full amount. I have zero idea when the additional $14.00 assessed.
