Had to put my cat down and the people had no empathy and laughed as I handed my actively dying cat to the nurse then was told as I was waiting g for hik to be put down in the room that she needs to have me pay so they can come it absolute addictive and snarky looks and responses they need to find a new profession
Terrible! Rude and they had no concern of compassion for my dog.
We took our dog here when she was poisoned, they were wonderful. Unfortunately, they couldn't save her but they fought hard to.. Did CPR and everything. We were able to leave her and have her cremated and they gave us a casting of her paw and offered their condolences with a card signed by each of the staff. They were so sympathetic and great to us. We were devastated when lost our furbaby but am grateful her last moments were spent in the hands of these well trained professionals.
