My wife & I lived here for 4 years while trying to find a home - we weren't in any rush to move once we saw the apartments! They are updated, spacious, and clean. Rent was reasonable for the building & location, and price increases were fair year-to-year. The management team (notably Kathy) is excellent, and maintenance requests (Yaron, Alex) are fulfilled quickly. We lived here for 6 years!!! 6 Amaizing years!!! Thank you Kathy, Yaron, Amy and Paz. You all brought joy to our lives. Don't look any further, this is one of the most wonderful apartment buildings in town. The management and maintenance where top notch. They take good care of the building and units. Everyone is nice. Totally recommend to families or singles. Close to restaurants and stores. Thank you Parkway25!!! We will miss you! Hope to come back soon!
Loved living here - will miss it! The apartments are very nice + updated with great space. Location is awesome - being so close to the lakes is the best. Onsite management was always so helpful and kind.
An exceptional apartment experience. Management - Kathy and Yaron - are exceptionally kind and considerate. Every possible effort is made to make your life pleasant. Always with a smile. The building itself is well laid-out and well-constructed. The amenities are fabulous. Party room, pool, hot tub, car wash (always with soap!), even a dog wash. Parkway 25 is a great place to live! The staff are amiable and attentive. Maintenance requests are handled promptly. The building and outdoor spaces are well-kept. The location feels removed from Minneapolis but is just a short 10-minute drive away. I have nothing but good things to say about this place!
