Great apartment building! The staff are all awesome, the complex always looks pristine and it is in a great location!
I lived here for 21 months, and I moved out because I was looking to add a third roommate, however, I could see myself making my way back here in the future! The community of people is very friendly, and the retention rate is very high. Some people have lived here since in opened 6 years ago!! The amenities are very nice and well kept, and the pool/hot tub opens early/stays open late (weather dependent), and so we have the hot tub open for the perfect spring/fall weather. I cannot say enough positive things about Parkway 25! The team - from management to maintenance and cleaning - everyone is kind, helpful, friendly and proactive. Having Kathy at the desk everyday was a comfort and help. My fiancé and I were so sad to move on to our next adventure solely because of the Parkway community. The amenities are always well taken care of, and if something is broken, it is either fixed before you find out or immediately fixed when management is notified.
