This is the by far the worst hotel we have ever stayed in. The room was advertised as a superior queen. It definitely was not. The cooker didn't work, paint chipped of the wall, we could hear the laundry going all night,a dog was howling all through the night.a big chips on the kitchen tiles, and the bathroom door had a hole in it. We made numerous complaints, its now in the hands of our travel agent, and Expedia. Please do not use the place

I had a room that had its own private yard, cooking stove elements as well as microwave & cutlery, great apartment freshly painted, air con worked great & shower pressure had no problems. Seriously great value and saved heaps buying own groceries and cooking myself, bed was very comfortable - great sleep and friendly staff that left me alone, I loved it plus the central location - loved walking around & exploring. Slight problem with cupboard door hitting the door hinge, but over all - it was Totally worth it. I'm looking fw... read more

If kindness and helpfulness were the criteria for a accommodation, this would be the best in Melbourne.

It was a pleasant stay. Tho its an old building but rooms are cleaning, I will come back again. Ps. They have limited parking spot themselves for free. Also on the road is free too which a huge bonus . The only thing I dont like is hot water system. Water pressure is good, but you have to wait 30 minutes to heat up for next person as me and my partner love long showr . Lot of restaurant on the main road as well. Tho we went to lygon Street which is other side of brunswick
