John's customer service was second to none, made us feel welcome from the moment we walked in. He went above and beyond to make for sure we were ok and had everything we needed, he's a lovely man. Room was comfortable, location perfect, value for money.
I came here in January. The staff were quite lovely, so I regret to have to warn you about this place. Plates in the cupboard sticking together. Loose shower tiles. Hair in the shower drain! Urrrgh. I understand that this place has fairly new owners and is undergoing renovations. I hope they have deep pockets. I booked 4 days, but stayed 3 because I decided, having already paid, that I'd get more enjoyment for my money by leaving this dump.
Iam from Shepp, kialla lakes loved the rooms , the hotel beds very comfortable close to ocean city cbd but melb haves lots of traffic lights more bigger in population the kialla lakes I believe people move to melb for lots of different ways like jobs, .?
Enjoyed our stay here recently.. i can highly recommend it, and the location is ideal to explore Brunswick friendly staff
This is the by far the worst hotel we have ever stayed in. The room was advertised as a superior queen. It definitely was not. The cooker didn't work, paint chipped of the wall, we could hear the laundry going all night,a dog was howling all through the night.a big chips on the kitchen tiles, and the bathroom door had a hole in it. We made numerous complaints, its now in the hands of our travel agent, and Expedia. Please do not use the place
