Took my dog there a few times for an issue with constant licking. They knocked her out and still couldn't figure anything out. Called another vet, even the receptionist there knew what was wrong - a tooth needed to come out. Turns out two teeth, one was broken in half, my new vet found them in about 20 seconds - Parkville Heights didn't notice it even when they had her asleep for a check of her tonsils/mouth.
