Caleb with Apartment Life is fantastic! He hosted a wonderful October event where we enjoyed coffee and pumpkin painting. It was a great opportunity to connect with neighbors and build community. I highly recommend attending future events!
Michael and his boss (I don’t know his name) The two front office staff are unfriendly, combative and condescending! They are reluctant to answer questions over the phone and insist that all inquires and complaints go directly through the apartment complex’s portal. I loved my time at Parkville Flats! From the excellent leasing agents, Jeremy and Michael, to the fun Apartment Life events, such as Cacti & Caffeine at Gusto, to food and Margaritas at Plaza Mariachi and so much more! Enjoy the wonderful atmosphere in the common area where the second largest LED tree in the nation resides. It’s mesmerizing! I’ve been a resident for 2 years! Area is prime for local events and it’s convenient having the restaurants below. Quiet space.
