Recent resident that just moved out. I moved in here in January 2025. I found Parkville Flats through their leasing agent Michael whom just so happened to be my leasing consultant at my last complex. Just like before Michael was extremely helpful and accommodating. All the details I needed Michael was there with the answers. I love living here! There is so much to do within walking distance. I have really enjoyed going to the community events hosted by Caleb! I have met so many wonderful people. I think it is safe to say I have chosen the perfect place to heal my broken heart and start my life over again. 🩷
I have been living here since the opening going into 4 years now . I love the space, the amenities and community. The staff is great at responding to issues. Usually the turn around time is 24 hours. It’s a non smoking apartments. There are great restaurants and community spaces to visit all around within a walking distance. And the prices are resonable.
