Charming and friendly building, awesome location. I spent a lot of time in this place because my girlfriend lived here. The location just 1 block from Cheesman Park is incredible, there are huge, mature trees right out the windows, and the balconies are spacious and peaceful. We enjoyed swimming in the warm indoor pool all winter and taking long walks in the park and surrounding neighborhoods all year long. Quiet and neighborly building in the best location in Denver. Nice apartments with spacious patios and lovely views. Close to the Botanic Gardens, Cheesman Park, in the lovely and historic, walkable neighborhood. Not sure why some people decided to leave such bad reviews.
I’ll never live anywhere without a pool and gym again! Great local community and easy access to the city. The botanic gardens is right next door!
