This place has gone down hill so much in the couple months im unhappy its awful the owner smiles in your face and is untruthful maintenance they need help give them more credit and stop being so cheap i went all winter with no heat basically and awhile with no air promts to anyone that has to deal with these people because is horrible i cant wait to get out eventually. If it weren't for certain people advocating i would be in a much worse situation Get it together elon

Worse place ever infested with Rats and Roaches DO NOT MOVE HERE my mom lived here for a year and the rental office told her she wasn’t the only one with Mice In her Apartment Roaches all over House
Mercedes she's been in the rental office since our last person left and Chris the maintenance guy there was also a temp who installed my garbage disposal they are on top of things getting things done keeping stuff in order at Parkville it's really been smooth very impressed with there work ethic and the stuff and how calm things have been lately very happy it has not been like this in a long time very pleased... Very great workers and there keeping stuff up.
