For me, it speaks volumes when the first contact person of a company is pleasant, very informative, not pushy and shows true interest in the customers needs for their home. Also, when one of the next faces you see is the owner. It made me feel that this person wants to insure that work is handled properly and he’s there to be sure of the adequacy of the job being fulfilled to meet the needs of their customer. I would give more than 5 stars to this company if possible. I just got new windows a month ago and I couldn't be happier with Park View. Paul initially came to my home. He was thorough, professional, and chill meaning he did not pressure me. He even helped me arrange financing through the Michigan Saves program. Paul the rep was better than all the other ones and Phil did the best job ever
Absolutely spectacular!! They did an amazing job, highly recommended. They replaced my sliding glass door that shattered, I ordered a custom replacement with the blinds between the panes, it looks so good!! When I’m ready to get my windows replaced in the rest of the house I’m only calling Phil Park
