How is this ethical patient care? I took my son to the walk in clinic with a fever and vomiting. Waited an hour in the lobby while my son vomited in a bag just to be turned away stating our insurance is out of network. I explained that our insurance has a new contract with parkview and we were seen less than 2 weeks prior. Receptionist stated “our providers are uncomfortable seeing him” and we were told to leave. We've visited twice in the past week for different family members after not being to the doctor in YEARS. Imagine our surprise when we were greeted so pleasantly by front desk staff (Rochelle) and seen within the estimated time by staff who was definitely listening to our concerns and not overeager to prescribe and get us out the door. Providers Emily, Renee and Angie did a great job. Walked away feeling like we did the right thing by going in. Thanks guys!
This place is very clean and efficient. The staff is very nice and helpful and I come here because the Warsaw Parkview Walk In Clinic is terrible one time I was there for 2 hours for an ear infection and felt like I was the only one there. Columbia City is the place to see if you don't want to wait forever.
Went to RediMed Southwest Fort Wayne and was misdiagnosed. Went to the Columbia city clinic and they properly diagnosed me and everybody was very nice polite. I would highly recommend this place.
