I found Debbie to be both fair and accommodating
To whom it may Concern: I found this place to be very friendly and the manager to be exceptionally helpful and kind. Debbie is a great listener and takes the time to think before she responds… not just gives you a patented answer which is very unusual in today’s business world. I commend her because it must be very difficult to deal with such a multitude of residents as they go through the various stages of aging.
The manager is very judgmental and hard to get along with. I've lived here 16 years and never had a problem with management until her.
This place has gone down hill over the years. Some tenants are very unfreindly as well as the new bully resident-manager. What happened to being neighborly? Would highly recommend looking elsewhere. Hope this place gets its act together.
Very nice place for older people with limited income. Very nice spacious apartments, nice amenities, close to the River Mall.
