The residents are all good hard working ppl, however the owners are another story. I paid 6 months of rent when I moved in and that's after my mom and dad spent 2 days cleaning it, it was not painted, bathroom had blackmold that was an ongoing problem. The plumbing from kitchen sink to shower drain never worked plumber couldn't fix, o dumped 5gal buckets daily numerous times.
