I once had moderate to good service from Dr. Allen but was transfered to NP McGowan. She seems a nice and competent medical practitioner. I just can no longer get anyone on the phone or get my prescription filled in a timely manner. I can't go without insulin but since my Appt on Sept 2. I can't get insulin on time or pen needles at all. I hate trying to find another doctors office but I'd hate to die from diabetic coma more. It's a constant battle to get my prescriptions. Deplorable. Being a diabetic you’d think the people caring for your health would realize the urgency in doing the right thing and provide the best healthcare possible. Not here. I’ve been out of meds for going on two weeks because no one at this facility will send in my lab tests to insurance so I can get my prescriptions. I have spoken to several people here asking them to forward my lab results and my insurance company has called and put of hold for 40 minutes and finally hung up on.
