Just did a walk-through with the owner. Try to illegally charged people for a ESA. The apartment they were showing us that would be available was disgusting none of the surfaces were painted and they threw the new carpet over the old carpet that was disgusting.
If 0 stars was possible it'd be zero. They promoted a maintenance man to property manager and all he does is avoid repairs and blame tenants. If you enjoy being told rotting floors that sag under a normal persons' weight is a cosmetic issue, love recurring ceiling leaks, and being made to do photographic inspections on your own unit before repairs are authorized, all while being told that all this is your fault while being cussed at over the phone then apply here today!
