My Dr called in a referral for an "immediate" appointment and it's been 1 week and 2 days and still no phone call for an appointment. We have been seen by a doctor in this office 3 times in the past 25 years but they say we are not in their system. Very disappointed. Amendment...It took almost 4 weeks for the call to actually schedule the appointment. By this time we had already completed a consultation with a different urologist, had ct scans, a kidney biopsy and oncology consultation with a different hospital.
