I’ve been to the physiatrist there several times for my 5 year old and she is always very thorough and helpful!
My son received a referral 4 months ago for Dr Sofair. In that time, no one from the office has contacted us. I have spent hours calling only to let the phone ring for 30 minutes or more. There are no options to leave messages or to speak to a person via any other avenue. I was informed today by another patient that Dr Sofair has shortened her days, so if you need pediatric specialty care, prepare to look elsewhere as patient care is not a priority here.
