These people ruined my son's life. Don't EVER go in the room with them when they are performing IQ tests, or any tests They will tell you you cannot answer for your child, unless the child looks to you for help,, I did just that, Then they told the GAL in my divorce I was a coddling mom, Meanwhile, I told them my husband was abusive to my son and they didn't care at all. Nicole is a great Healthcare provider. She performed a skin biopsy for me finding & removing basal cell carcinoma. I recommend her for your mole / skin check. Easy to talk with & answers questions.
Do NOT go here!! You'll be Lucky to get into see a doctor in less than 3 or 4 weeks. I was referred to this team because my reg. Physician is with Parkview. After 2 weeks of being referred, I called to find out when is get in. The receptionist, Ashley, said they are busy with reschedules and 'things'. So they TRY to get to 2 or 3 referrals in the cue!! Dr. Grogg doesn’t care about his patients. He said he isn’t worried about me. He has worse patients than me to worry about. He said he is a numbers guy and my numbers are fine even though my A1C is at its highest, which he didn’t seem to even notice that. Then he wrote up a report like he checked a bunch of things on me when he really didn’t. He barely spent time getting to know what was going on with me. He didn’t seem to care. Went in with a UTI issue. Was prescribed Ciproflorxacin (in the fluoroquinolone family). Did additional research on the side effects and asked for another option but they would not provide one. Wasted my time and money there. My experience with Alicia and her staff was nothing but positive. She was thorough and made me feel as if she was concerned with my overall well-being. She was kind, patient, and welcoming but what I really needed was for her to be knowledgeable - I found her to be just that! As a medical professional myself I have recommended several clients to her and they have expressed similar experiences. In addition, her nurse "T" is phenomenal!
The administration staff demonstrated consistent mismanagement of appointments and scheduling. They showed no concern for my welfare. I was allocated to medical professionals whom were not qualified in dealing with what I needed. Simply registering and getting to see a doctor was hampered. They left me waiting for an appointment, which someone had cancelled. I rang, having waited a month for the appointment, to confirm the time.
