If a patient is 15 minutes late, they must reschedule. But if the doctor is late, there’s apparently nothing the patient can do about it. Doctors being late seems to be completely acceptable and quite common. It sometimes feels like doctors’ time is considered valuable, while the patient’s time is not—or simply isn’t given the same respect.
Dr. Gagnon and her nurses are amazing! The people at the front desk check in are also very nice!
