The lady who does the blood draws is seriously amazing. Don’t even feel a thing. She has been there for at least 6 years. She has done my young children’s blood draws and is just super good at what she does!
I rarely write reviews but I am very disappointed in this physician group. You can’t get in to see your primary care physician for MONTHS for basic care. Then when I finally have an appt that has been on the books for weeks, I get a call this morning (day of the appt) to let me know my appt has been cancelled. No explanation and no offer for me to see someone else in the office. Then told I can’t get back in until October! Beyond ridiculous!!
I am very much debating on changing peds for my children. Getting any type of answer is always like pulling teeth. They will address one part of my question but leave the rest of my question out. I have had to call patient advocates on more then one occasion to try and get answers. As a mother if you think something is wrong then you ask questions, request an appointment and try and figure out what's going on especially when you're child has already had a really rough start and has had medical stuff happen to but instead of ... read more
Staff is always friendly and helpful. Dr. Sagoe and Michelle Bailey NP have both provided excellent care to my little one. So happy with this office!
