I'm proud of how I am taken care of
Arrived late 8 minutes to appointment scheduled for 4:20 pm. Usually a 20 minute drive. Monday afternoon traffic with heavy traffic and their were out of sync traffic lights and had been an as well. Was told had to reschedule. I have had to wait for the provider for longer than that, yet didn't walk out. Appointment was for a single lab review so I could continue my diabetes medication. No visit, no medicine, no doctor.... Very , very let down Writing this for my husband.
The only problem I have with this group, is that it's hard to get an appointment when you really need it, they are all booked up 3 months or more to see. What if you need to see them quickly? You either have to try another physician that's not that booked up or try you luck.
