Absolutely love the Drs and staff here. Dr Megan truly listens to understand not to respond. She listens to your needs and makes a plan of care around your needs! I recommend this place to anyone who needs great team of Drs!
I have been super happy with the level of care I have been provided over the past year. Sherri has always listened to my concerns and has always taken everything seriously. She tries to find the root of the issue vs just treating the symptoms with a bunch of medication. I love that!
Been trying to reschedule an appointment, however, I've been on hold for 34 minutes now and still waiting. Supposedly the front desk scheduler is assisting other patients!!!! FOR 34 minutes+ I think not!!!!! Oh and for anyone that does read this patient advocates doesn't care been through that process several times
Excellent care provided in a timely and organized manner. Friendly staff and great environment. As a Roanoke resident it's also a really convenient distance! My only superficial gripe is that the hours aren't posted here online, which I worry hurts the business.
Everyone was super nice and helpful! It was easy to get an appointment and I felt like I was well cared for.
