after being told that my dr can't see me didn't even try to set up an appointment so I tried to switch to a nurse practitioner then all of a sudden he has appointments available was told that I HAVE to see him because he's my doctor even though I want to switch providers now
The scheduler/front desk answering phones on March 12 around 1pm is extremely rude and acts like she hates her job. She was not helpful at all and prompted me to change doctors offices after decades of being a patient. The doctors are excellent but the horrible experience with the front desk is not worth it.
Dr Nafziger is the best
One of the nurses was very unprofessional. As a concerned parent they should learn compassion. Very rude and careless. You should not work with people let alone children if you do not care about others.
