Worst network in town (this phone number specically), they don't answer, when they do, they don't give you accurate information. completely useless. Doctors and nurses are great, phone staff if useless.
Our family has been coming to this location for years now (6-7) and have nothing but positive things to say! Anytime we walk through the doors, we are greeted and checked in promptly. Dr. Vanderhorst and his nurses are amazing. He will take the time to listen to you and talk to you like you're a real person, not just another patient he needs to get through that day. Walk-in labs move quickly as well! My only complaint....bring back the coffee and hot cocoa machine! ☕
I have been going to this Parkview facility for 4 years and have always had great experiences. Check-in staff are always friendly and efficient. Nurses and MAs always get you back in the room at your appointment time with minimal wait times. Jenny McClain is an excellent provider. Listens well, doesn't rush you and always follows up on any patient concerns. Excellent care is given at this Parkview facility.
You will wait for over an hour to be seen. They will not help you with any problems. They make patients feel like they're just work & will rush through your appointment. If you request a vaccine, they may decline if it doesn't fit their schedule which is always too busy for the patient. UPDATE: Have mastitis. Mastitis feels like actual death, it's worse than the flu (for me at least).
