Called because we were up all night with sick child and was going to be late for appointment. I informed Lauren we would be 10-15 minutes late for 11:00 appointment. She was rude for the entire conversation and kept saying he has to be there at 11 or they will not see him. She then wrote in his my chart that she apologized and said he needed to be there at 11:15. We could have been there by that time however she told me several times. No reason to put false information in his chart.
Not sure if they are talking about Hospital or my Family Doctor..Both were very accurate and personable
