I complained of urinary pain with negative UTI tests. My provider didn't even suggest testing or urology, she just said drink more water. Why is it so damn hard to get caring healthcare?
Edit as of 07/15/2026 (you read that right): they denied my sons visit because my mother took them. I've filled out the authorization paperwork at least twice. I called ahead and asked if my mother could take them. They said yes. I've never had a multi-year issue with a glorified walkin clinic. This is certainly a first. THIS OFFICE DIDN’T ACKNOWLEDGE US AND LOCKED OUT ME AND MY 2 YEAR OLD DAUGHTER IN 0 DEGREE WEATHER. The staff did this. The management team and Parkview Health were watching me through the window as it happened. They locked me and my 2 year old daughter out at 8 a.m. for 2 minutes in 0 degrees on purpose while letting 20 patients inside already before 8 a.m. It left us not knowing where to go. Where to walk?
