THIS OFFICE DIDN’T ACKNOWLEDGE US AND LOCKED OUT ME AND MY 2 YEAR OLD DAUGHTER IN 0 DEGREE WEATHER. The staff did this. The management team and Parkview Health were watching me through the window as it happened. They locked me and my 2 year old daughter out at 8 a.m. for 2 minutes in 0 degrees on purpose while letting 20 patients inside already before 8 a.m. It left us not knowing where to go. Where to walk? Edit as of 08/18/2025: I've put a screenshot from mychart of them whining about my daughter being overdue for a well child checkup after all the hell they raised. Embarrassing. I never want to see another Parkview again. This is the worst of the family medicines in town. They called me months ago to schedule a well child checkup for my daughter. I take her in and they say they won't see her bc she's not due for a well child checkup. My child hasn't been seen since December of 2023. My daughter was sick. I wasted so much time... read more
