My experiences at this Office has been amazing. Front Desk, Nursing Staff and Physicians have been wonderful. I'm glad to be a part of this Parkview Physicians Group Liberty Mills!
They were very nice and welcoming!
Not sure how people think there's ever one nurse working at this office its always a full staff. Only time you may wait is if you don't have an appointment. I always have an appointment and never wait hardly at all. Been coming here for 5 years and never had a bad experience.
My husband and I come here because DR Miller is our family doctor, and he’s absolutely amazing! But all other staff is unprofessional, unhappy, unable, unwilling, unprepared, and will treat you like a peasant in their space. From the front desk! To the lady who brought us to the room today the entire visit start to end was absolutely horrible. Also a phone call we made to this office was less than. Professional or helpful. I see why reviews are at 3.1 stars. I’d give 0 if it would let me.
Lost paperwork left at front desk. Had multiple forms signed with no record in chart. Failed to address issues scheduled for. Poor customer service from patient advocate.
