Lost paperwork left at front desk. Had multiple forms signed with no record in chart. Failed to address issues scheduled for. Poor customer service from patient advocate.
Parkview physicians group located off of Liberty Mills road in fort Wayne Indiana wait times are minimal. The new building so it's super clean and it's a super friendly staff
I didn't wait long before the nurse assessed my medical conditions. My records were transferred from the state I moved from. Dr. Miller was a good listener and had proper bedside manner. I would recommend this place to any newcomers into Indiana.
They fired me as a client after they found out I submitted a complaint against them. Do not go here!
