I didn't wait long before the nurse assessed my medical conditions. My records were transferred from the state I moved from. Dr. Miller was a good listener and had proper bedside manner. I would recommend this place to any newcomers into Indiana.
They fired me as a client after they found out I submitted a complaint against them. Do not go here!
Slow don't waist your time.
7/25/24 Horrible patient service, had to wait over 20 minutes for anyone to answer the phone only to be hung up on by the phone nurse who lied about static on the line. Called back... ANOTHER 20 minutes and spoke to ANOTHER nurse, who would not let me talk to the Head nurse or the office manager or anyone else..... This place has gone down hill.
I just went to parkview family practice for the first time today as a new patient. Everybody was extremely nice and helpful with my situation and they made me feel very comfortable at a time where I was extremely stressed. Also the office is very nice clean and well kept. I definitly reccomend going here if your looking for a new doctor
