Dr. Yoder is a very good doctor. He is very friendly. I have no issues with the staff or their service.
Dr Hanna and staff are so rude. I've never liked seeing him but has no choice with dealing with kidney stones. So because I didn't like his answer or go to ER I still did and when I call to tell him that and keep my Dr updated they where so rude. I'm beyond sick and you guys want to be rude I'm sorry I barley have a voice so interrupting me while I was trying to explain and say okay. What do you want? Okay? What do you want okay? If you don't mind waiting an hour after your appointment time to be seen, then maybe these doctors are for you. But to make an appointment then make you wait for another hour is ridiculous. All that does is mess up their clients day!!!!?
My son was crying all night pretty sure he had a ear infection. Needless to say I called at 6 AM they could not get him in at all today. She said we could go somewhere else. So I did I took him to urgent care as a walk in waited 2 1/2 hrs with a 4 yr old that was fun he did have a severe ear infection he needed antibiotics for. If I can’t get into this doctor in a timely manner then I’m going to have to switch because I’m having another baby next month and I can’t just go to a walk in clinic all the time my child is having ... read more
