My husband listened to your front desk staff make fun of a male patient with a dog bite today. Actively bleeding. Patient was worried if he needed a rabies vaccine. Shame on these MAs/ receptionists. They shouldn't have a job.
If you need immediate attention, this is an alright option. Based on my experiences, youre better off somewhere else

If I could give them 0 stars I would. I went here for my asthma. I couldn’t breathe very well at all. They told me to use my inhaler every 2-3 hours. I asked for a breathing treatment before I left and they gave me 4 puffs of an inhaler instead. When I woke up at 5 am the next morning I was worse than before. My mom forced me to go to the hospital where my heart rate 150 because of all albuterol I used. Turns out I had pneumonia and rhinovirus. So thank you so much for absolutely nothing.
