Wow I have had to contact this office previously and hoped todays call would be different. Unfortunately the woman that I have spoken to each time really is not there to helpfully listen. Instead be ready to get criticized on top of being ill. They gaslight the heck out of me. So tired of medical staff that’s abusive!

Last Monday I was seen by Leslie. So very sweet, took the time to listen to me and treated my symptoms accordingly. Well not her fault I got worse. Came back and Saw Shelby! Who is the best ever, and nurse Julie. Julie was very sweet and professional. Shelby always goes above and beyond for you here and she didn’t disappoint last night either. Thank you ladies for all you do.

My NP Lesley and MA Claudia were great. But as I was being walked to check my oxygen the other MA by the name of Millie was sitting at the station sleeping. I made a noise and she finally looked up and I said " Oh I caught you sleeping " she just gave me a dirty look and turned away. Not at all friendly. I give everyone and the clinic a 5 but that particularA I give a negative 5. Very unprofessional
