Dr. Cochran is always so nice. Answers all questions. The address on the website is wrong tho. It states 5396 and it should be 5693
The doctor and the staff are fantastic. The building is very nice and clean. However Parkview system for communication is frustrating. It is very difficult to get someone on the phone. They prefer you leave messages through their app, MyChart, but that can take 2 business days to get a reply. When you call, you have to navigate the voicemail system and either leave a call back number or wait on hold for a long time.
