The office staff should really learn what the parkview way is about, as they severely lack it. HIPPAA is real. So, how about not announcing to waiting room my insurance wasn't covering my visit. After a Faulkerson Osteotomy NOT coming back wasn't in my best interest but a simple error on insurances end caused your staffs true colors on how they "work" Also, for the physical therapy area theres a large lack of handicap accessible wheelchairs and only a few polite valets.
