Thankfully today was my second and last visit. Dr. Lundgren would cut me off while talking and would dismiss anything I would say. Whether it was a concern about symptoms or what my MRI reports stated, I was silenced. I brought up the type of migraines I suffer from to give her more of my past medical history (since she never got a past medical history at my first appointment like a doctor SHOULD do) and she said she’s never heard of it. I haven't had a bad experience yet. The receptionists have been kind & helpful. Dr Lundgren has been great. Very informative and did my procedure fairly quick with no complications. She even followed up the next day to see how I was feeling. I appreciate that very much!
Took my granddaughter in and Dr Lundgren was rude and unsympathetic. My GD got frustrated because the doc would not listen to her concerns. I had seen Dr L for my own care a few months earlier and thought she was great, I don’t know why it was so different with my GD’s situation. She told us that scoliosis does not cause other body pain…what??? I couldn’t believe she said that. It’s common knowledge that it does.
