I have had issues regarding credit history, The finance manager Dave got me a loan . I needed help and they gave it. The owner Lynn was hands on and present thru the whole process…thank u both very much.
Kurt Bates helped me get the car I was looking at fixed up and sold to me. I had some concerns with parts needing replaced so that nothing would need fixed by me immediately. He guaranteed if it had a problem driving off the lot with those parts he would get it fixed when I came back. It ended up that one of the parts(the battery) did need replaced, and after two weeks of me having it, I came back to the lot and Kurt had it replaced for me. I came in around 5:30 to look at a car that had just been posted about four hours earlier. I worked with an amazing employee who stayed an hour and a half after closing just to help me out — and ended up selling me the car! It was an incredible experience from start to finish. I really appreciate the dedication and great customer service!
Not the greatest experience! Dave seems to be a genuine guy. Problem is, he has to answer to the owner, Lynn. I was told the truck I bought had a clean title. Lynn had been driving it for the past 5 years and now wanted to sell it. Turns out the title was in Colorado not Idaho. Because of storm damage in Colorado in 2020 the truck had been totaled.
