Since 2013 there have been multiple fire incidents within the property. On all occasions, the fire hydrant was not property working and there was no water available. Firefighters had to get water access outside of property. They should have a better manager who can manage things better than Linda! The owner needs to find someone better to manage. & actually do what is said on the lease & what everyone has signed!!! Only when it has to do with getting more money from everyone she wants to do her job!! 👎 Still bad management til this day!! And they like to lie.

I would not recommend living here In my experience Communication has been very poor they do not answer calls only text, rent has increased without proper notice and there’s no on-site, Landlord or Office staff available to speak with or voice, your concern to. The maintenance man Who cut the yard, Juan has shared residence personal business which I find very unprofessional There is also an infestation of cats So be aware of odor, can’t getting on vehicles, and them tearing up tires The trash situation is another major issue ... read more
