RecommendedMy partner and I bought our home here in 2018. We love the location, the views of the mountains from our windows, and the walkability of this location. The park has a very large gay population who are friendly and welcoming. It is an older and very historical community but well maintained by the staff and we have a great manager. We have no regrets moving here....awesome neighbors and the pleasures of a Palm Springs lifestyle at an affordable price! Highly recommend!!
We have done some renovations and repair here and it's a nice park. The closest to downtown Palm Springs and it has a real since of community. Nice little park compared to many of the monstrosities in the area. And there is a great place to hike to view the whole area a few blocks away.
