Great customer service. Leslie, Rona, & Mathew helped again & expedited my refills. Leslie helped with the prior authorization I needed in a timely manner. I appreciate all of Leslie's help.
Finding where to get vaccinations and medications for international travel is a CHORE. It took me several calls to find someone, and I'm so glad I did. Raana really saved the day. Raana took time to make sure we understood what medications and vaccines were necessary and why, we went through medical history to make sure our immunization record was up to date, and took care of all the jabs necessary. I have been using this pharmacy over 32 years and I am still happy with them. The staff, including Lezlie, Lupe, Eleena, and Juanita, are kind, helpful, and respectful. The pharmacists, Raana and James, are always professional and give proper guidelines. Also conveniently they are offering vaccines for international travelers.
Ranna is amazing with people and offered me a helping hand with my vaccination needed to travel, on top of that was so graceful and kind getting to understand me as a patient and as a person. Alhamdulillah, one of a kind in this industry and field of work. very humble, respectful, kind and knowledgeable. Highly recommend if you need assistance in vaccinations or advice on any travel medical info!
