Most of the staff was friendly, helpful and extremely professional. There were, however, a couple of the humans that were rude and condescending. Hey, I already do not feel well and I may be a little afraid of what my results may be, so please.....please have some empathy and compassion for another human. I often ask myself, why do some choose the medical field, when it's quite clear from their actions and words, they do not like other humans at all.
i have a connective tissue disorder and have ongoing issues that are not fixed with medication, diets, weight etc and i asked the doctor to investigate into gut motility and he seemed annoyed that i was seen previously with a normal endoscopy and said hypermobility only affects joints, IT DOES NOT, and never checked for motility concerns, only did testing for h pylori and celiacs which to no surprise came back negative. he said to try low fodmap and increase fiber and my symptoms actually got significantly worse.
No issues. Good signage.
