Get directionsPutting a feeding tube into the stomach called a peg tube is usually a common procedure. Well this time it was incredibly botched. The surgeon put the peg tube into the colon and then into the stomach. This is so unbelievable to me. A surgeon doesn’t know the difference between a colon and a stomach. It doesn’t get much better. Parkview is a poor excuse for a hospital. This patient had a swollen prostate. Nurses tried several times to put in a catheter. Problem was they used a straight catheter. This only punctured the prostate which caused bleeding. Finally after days of pain and suffering they called in a urologist that used an ultra sound and used a curved catheter finally relief. My question is they new the prostate was swollen why did they screw up 3 times!!!!!!
