This place should be shut down. Poor treatment of residents, out dated facility that reeks of urine and over worked uncaring staff. I would NEVER recommend this place! There should be an option for 0 stars for this review.
November 2009 I am a Director of Nursing at a local Assisted Living Facility. I had been requested to do an assessment on a resident at Parkview Manor Nursing Home and Rehab Center. I was absolutely disgusted and appalled by what I witnessed while in this facility. After reviewing this resident's chart in an unsanitary Nurses station filled with paperwork littered over every counter space, I entered the resident's room.
