Deb is a complete angel. She's drawn my blood 3 times in the last couple years, and it's always been the quickest, most painless experience despite phlebotomists telling me for YEARS that I have rolling veins and then having to stick me multiple times, until I finally tell them to just use the top of my hand. Always have a great experience and staff are nice and efficient.
Very awkward setup, long wait with too few chairs plunked in the middle of the hall. 6 chairs, 10 people. Wait time is long and awkward, the sign-in ste 010 is across this expanse from the lab and the transfer of lab orders by hand takes a lot of time. Those 6 chairs are elbow to elbow despite plenty room to spread out. I believe this arrangement was devised for Covid safety—?!? Haha Please improve the efficiency here. The ladies that draw are very nice, definitely an "upgrade" on staff compared to the past few years.
