Just a thought but I feel like if you know Saturday is going to be a busy day, maybe staff more than one person drawing blood.
The wait was pretty long, but it was because many patients were lined up. I’m sorry I didn’t notice his name, but the muscular, bearded guy who did my test did an outstanding job. I’m a tough stick-he used my hand, & he didn’t leave a mark. Grateful!
Please provide upright chairs near the kiosk for those of us who are handicapped & can't stand very long. Thanks. Check in staff are always great and lab techs very professional.
