The tech who took my labs was incredible. I DO NOT like having to stand at a kiosk that everyone/public uses to check myself in. It would be nice if a person could check patients in for labs or let us do it from our phone.
For the exception of having to check in at a kiosk 😬 (can't see very well and process is tedious) my experience for "fasting glucose) bloodwork was EXCELLENT! I do not give that rating - easily! Usually, even at the main hospital - this is NOT the case! Lab tech "Tasha" was very skilled, kind & compassionate!!! No pain & not a mark! EXCELLENT!

My husband had an X-ray and a blood draw. Javne was the tech that performed the procedures. He said she was absolutely fantastic! She was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and very compassionate regarding my husband's issue. She was a real blessing!
