My husband had previously stayed here for two nights and had a pleasant experience and so we opted to stay here again on this vacation. The room is very reasonable and spot on for what you get. The motel is U shaped and so you pull in and have to back most of the way out before you can turn around or you back all the way to the street to leave. Not a huge deal. It had been a while since we stayed in a motel over a hotel, but on Aug 16th of this year we had the privilege of staying here. We chose this specifically because it was right next to the Royal Gorge railroad. The rooms were really clean, the area they served breakfast was pristine, and the owner was an absolute delight to chat with. If you want a clean room and a convenient location to the train and the bridge, this place will be perfect.

We are so happy with our two night stay at the Parkview Inn. We had 2 rooms for 2 nights. This is an old style motor lodge. We parked right outside our door. The entire property is spotless, so clean and freshly kept! Our bed was soo comfortable, water in shower had great pressure. There was a handy mini fridge cold AC and as with the entire property our room was spotless. In the evenings we enjoyed sitting on the bench outside our room. The owner definitely takes very good care of this place. Very clean and well taken care of. At breakfast heard some others talking about how clean it was too.
