Parkview Randallia E.R. Staff typically provides me with exceptional care, which is why Parkview is my hospital of choice. I have MS and Addison's Disease, both which are Auto Immune Diseases. This can result in atypical and sometimes complicated treatments in an E.R. setting. I do wish the E.R. Director would encourage the Physicians and P. Came in suicidal to be admitted to mental health and when I was checking in they asked me if I was triggered which I had no idea what it meant so I thought they were asking if I had a gun so I said no why would I bring a gun? They then got angry at me and treated me horribly and honestly I should have just done it instead of asking y'all for help now I just have more PTSD and fear of asking for help. Rude and don’t care about there patients. I believe the girls name is Alyssa(not sure if I spelled the name correctly)but she was the worst of them all with her rude attitude while working.
