Horrible experience
Rude and don’t care about there patients. I believe the girls name is Alyssa(not sure if I spelled the name correctly)but she was the worst of them all with her rude attitude while working.
I have came up here several times, none good experiences. This particular experience is wild because I am 7 weeks pregnant, and called just to make sure I did not waste anyone’s time before coming up there, and me and my boyfriend heard not only people laughing on the other line but the lady was so rude!! This is my first child!! And I work in healthcare myself! And can NOT imagine how people could be so rude in this field.
When I learn my nurses name I will add it because he made my experience better than it could have been. I’m currently being discharged after an MRI that shows the following: severe lumbar radiculopathy with a ruptured disc at L5-S1, compressing the S1 nerve roots bilaterally, with spinal stenosis and neurological symptoms consistent with cauda equina.
