I went in for a painful lump in my upper right neck that was accompanied by shortness of breath, chest tightness, and light headedness. They only focused on “shortness of breath” as the “reason” for my visit and attributed all their advice based off of that and basically said “well, lots of stuff can cause shortness of breath, bye-bye!” The doctor loosely felt my neck but did not attempt to do any further examination to the actual problem area or ask more about how it was causing me pain. I waited five hours on suicidal watch and then I left and literally nobody noticed. Another five hours after leaving and nobody tried contacting me to see if I was okay. I'm laughing so hard at how terrible of a job you guys do that it cured my depression. In all seriousness, you people suck and you know it and that's what makes it even worse.

I gotta say is they should be ashamed of themselves refusing to see a child and letting other people go in front of a child and have a sit there for 4 1/2 hours almost 5

Parkview Randallia E.R. Staff typically provides me with exceptional care, which is why Parkview is my hospital of choice. I have MS and Addison's Disease, both which are Auto Immune Diseases. This can result in atypical and sometimes complicated treatments in an E.R. setting. I do wish the E.R. Director would encourage the Physicians and P. A.'s to educate themselves on the subject of Addison's Disease. The display of knowledge regarding Addison's is from almost non-existent, to that of a Pre-Med Student. I find myself bein... read more
