RENT INCREASE AFTER RENT INCREASE! The owners have done NOTHING to improve the park. USPS has refused to deliver mail due to the condition of the roads. Potholes large enough to to add inground pool stairs. Impossible to dodge. No amenities what so ever. No contact number other than the park manager and we haven't even received a a new lease under the new ownership. The place is ghetto af. New ownership is unreachable! Rent has been raised twice within a year. Used to be 400,then 550, and now 625! This is absolutely ludicrous!!! Roads are in poor condition and some of the mobile homes look like a junk yard. Stray cats everywhere. Nobody has a phone number to get ahold of management. We haven’t had a new lease in 3 years! Something needs to be done.

New ownership and management since last year and has only gotten worse. Promised roads were to be repaired almost 9 months ago. Potholes are now large enough to swallow a car. Sky high rent with zero amenities. Look elsewhere as ownership only wants to take as much money from tenants as they can.

I helped a new friend move some stuff into his shed. The neighborhood seemed quite peaceful.
