We signed 2 leases now from June to October and have gotten more get-out slips than one ever should. I Was told by the property manager to get my daughter's toys and our outside table "the f%&k out of here". We may not always pay on time however always round up to the dollar. And there is no open credit on the account. I have tried to get ahold of the corporate phone line and have got nothing in return. The new management here is HORRIBLE. I was here for 5 years, no issues at all. New management as of about a year ago and I've NEVER gotten so many "get out" notices in my 52 years of renting. Run and don't support this company as they don't listen to ANY complaints.

Absolutely the worst management we have ever had to deal with!! The owner of this park, keeps selling the park to a new LLC that they start. They do this to avoid lawsuits and liability. Run away from this place as fast as you can!!!
