I have visited several friends over the past 3 years who have been residents for a time at Three Rivers. I have found both the rehab and assisted living services to be some of the best I have seen in Eastern NC. The facility is always clean and the staff have always been friendly and helpful. I have also been impressed with the social activities they have to offer. I would like to give a big thank you to the nurses and all the staff working there for their excellent care and concern toward those in their care.

Do not recommend nurses will ignore you when you need help! DON limps down the hall with nasty attitude and very disrespectful to staff and patients!
DO NOT RECOMMEND THEY TALK VERY RUDE TO THE PATIENTS EVEN CUSS AND FUSS AT THEM !

Awful ! Would Not recommend leave resident unwashed for hours bc a staff member was not allowed to go in the room instead of having someone who could do the patient in room ! This is neglect to the patient! No write ups just continues!
Do not recommend to work. Staff gets treated like trash here. They have a floortech\housekeeping from a halfway house (alcohol\drug addict ) as the HR/payroll who doesn't have a clue of what's going on!
All head staff will sit in office and hear residents holler but want help !
DO NOT RECOMMEND! CAME IN SEVERAL DAYS TO REVIEW THE FACILITY AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! DON is very rude ! Doesn't greet or speak . very unprofessional when it comes to her staff! Nurses don't give a scrap about your grandparents. They rather play with a dog ALL DAY . EVEN GAVE a dog a birthday party rather than celebrate the birthdays of the residents. DO NOT RECOMMEND 1 STAR ONLY
