Do not recommend nurses will ignore you when you need help! DON limps down the hall with nasty attitude and very disrespectful to staff and patients!

Awful ! Would Not recommend leave resident unwashed for hours bc a staff member was not allowed to go in the room instead of having someone who could do the patient in room ! This is neglect to the patient! No write ups just continues!
Do not recommend to work. Staff gets treated like trash here. They have a floortech\housekeeping from a halfway house (alcohol\drug addict ) as the HR/payroll who doesn't have a clue of what's going on!
All head staff will sit in office and hear residents holler but want help !
DO NOT RECOMMEND! CAME IN SEVERAL DAYS TO REVIEW THE FACILITY AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! DON is very rude ! Doesn't greet or speak . very unprofessional when it comes to her staff! Nurses don't give a scrap about your grandparents. They rather play with a dog ALL DAY . EVEN GAVE a dog a birthday party rather than celebrate the birthdays of the residents. DO NOT RECOMMEND 1 STAR ONLY
Positives: Most staff were kind and helpful, a few weren't. PT/OT did a great job. Group therapy was enjoyed by resident (PT/OT). No bad smells as you walk in the door. Margaret, receptionist was very supportive, kind, and welcoming. Negatives: At time of discharge from the hospital, patient was ordered daily weights due to recent exacerbation of heart failure.
