I have been trying to schedule an appointment for over two weeks and no one answers the phone, all calls go straight to voicemail! No option to be placed on hold. Then, no one returns your call on the same day. The scheduling team leaves at 4:00, so I can’t even go to the office to make an appointment. Then they call me when I’m at work and cannot answer the phone! Evidently, people who have jobs aren’t entitled to health care! This is beyond unethical medical practice! Parkview is going to EXPLETIVE!
Very disappointed in the nursing staff try to make an appointment to keep the same doctor in the same net work and they were very rude to me I have mental health issues and when you reject a client that has mental health issues it doesn’t help their nursing staff has very little compassion.. They weren’t understanding why I wasn’t wanting a different referral that means more waiting in more doctors appointments all they cared about was what they thought wasn’t listening to me at all… Nurse Jenny thanks
The g I dept is not helpful at all I would not go back to them at all I lost 4 units of blood and they put 4 units back in too me and I was told that was all they could do go some were else if I was you
Dr Kanuru is excellent doctor. Listens and explains everything. Nurses are the best.
