Would give zero stars if I could. Poor communication, poor response times and zero empathy.
Honestly I should switch providers since unfortunately Parkviews Gastrointerology and was switchboard to some unknown and unidentified person who just blamed the office for this unfortunate event which prolongs my needs to talk to the right person. 7/17/2025 They end up giving me two colonoscopys one test wasnt clear but found something and the second test showed up a darkish mass of something they found and said they took several biopsy of it but get this they refuse to tell me what it is? HUGE Turnover there. worst department in there Group. From scheduler's to Doctors. Can't schedule appointment. UNBELIEVABLE.
Honestly I should switch providers since unfortunately Parkviews Gastrointerology and was switchboard to some unknown and unidentified person who just blamed the office for this unfortunate event which prolongs my needs to talk to the right person.
I have been trying to schedule an appointment for over two weeks and no one answers the phone, all calls go straight to voicemail! No option to be placed on hold. Then, no one returns your call on the same day. The scheduling team leaves at 4:00, so I can’t even go to the office to make an appointment. Then they call me when I’m at work and cannot answer the phone! Evidently, people who have jobs aren’t entitled to health care! This is beyond unethical medical practice! Parkview is going to EXPLETIVE!
