Absolutely terrible. I rushed to get an endoscopy before my appointment with Stephanie Angel and was told at the endoscopy that I didnt need any varices banded off. Fast forward to my appointment with her and she told me I needed an MRI, another endoscopy WITH banding (not even a month after the first one where I was told I didn't need this done), a referral to IU health for a liver transplant and numerous other tests. I went to the emergency room on February 17 with a severe virus. I was extremely sick, vomiting repeatedly, and they even asked whether I wanted to be admitted. Because I had help at home, I was told I could recover there instead. Although I improved somewhat, I continued to have severe diarrhea, my GERD returned, and I lost 9 pounds in 3 weeks. I can't even give an accurate rating. So this is as accurate as I'm getting. I have been referred to this place multiple times between my PCP and my OB over the last 6-7 years and I have yet to have anyone call me. I was told you guys would reach out to me. And I can never get through when I try to call. I have been in agony more so as of the last 7 months and still NOTHING. Are we serious here??

Extremely slow on reaching out. Say they will call, then don’t. Try somewhere else first if you can!
