Do not go here do not let your loved ones go here even if you are dying go somewhere else. Worst care I have ever received. I was treated like a prisoner and not a patient. I have been admitted four different times now in discharge four different times and they don’t know what’s wrong with me and they aren’t even willing to figure it out. They say they are literally too busy for me. Do not go here. Go anywhere else I beg of you.
Would give zero stars if I could. Poor communication, poor response times and zero empathy.
Honestly I should switch providers since unfortunately Parkviews Gastrointerology and was switchboard to some unknown and unidentified person who just blamed the office for this unfortunate event which prolongs my needs to talk to the right person. 7/17/2025 They end up giving me two colonoscopys one test wasnt clear but found something and the second test showed up a darkish mass of something they found and said they took several biopsy of it but get this they refuse to tell me what it is? HUGE Turnover there. worst department in there Group. From scheduler's to Doctors. Can't schedule appointment. UNBELIEVABLE.
