The worst housing complex I’ve ever lived in. Subpar quality of houses, barely any effort given to recreational areas, prioritised adding speed bump when not needed, and only one entrance/exit for the whole complex.
WARNING! LOOK SOMEPLACE ELSE! THEY WANT TO CHARGE US, PEOPLE LIVING INSIDE THE COMPLEX, $90 FOR SOMETHING AS SIMPLE AS PARKING!
Don’t bother buying a property inside this housing complex. They charge you $250 to get a car gate key fob and if it breaks after 1 year, they won’t replace it and you would need to spend another $250, or in their words, “We can only guarantee the that the gate key fob would function for 12 months”. Absolutely ridiculous. There’s no way to open the car gate from inside the complex (like other housing complex do), unless you have a key fob. You can only have two cars inside the complex but then they only have limited parking ... read more
