I would not recommend this facility. It should not be considered true assisted living based on my experience. The staffing was inconsistent and unreliable, making it difficult for residents to receive the care and assistance they needed. Communication was poor, and there never seemed to be enough dependable staff available. If you’re looking for a place where your loved one will receive consistent, attentive care, I would encourage you to look elsewhere.
I recently had the opportunity to visit Parkview Estates, and I was truly impressed. The staff are incredibly friendly and genuinely care about the residents, which shows in the overall atmosphere of the community. The residents all seemed happy, engaged, and well cared for. Beautiful facility with caring staff for their residents
Recently moved my parents from here so they could be nearer to me. They resided here for over a year, and my experiences were positive. My interaction with the residents will be sorely missed as there a great number of wonderful people there. My thanks to all of the staff for your efforts caring for so many.
Rachel Brune, Community Relations Director, took me on a tour of the renovated facility today and my goodness, it looks beautiful! The residents and staff all looked so happy and were very friendly. What a happy environment this facility is <3
