I Did not appreciate the 20 percent down payment policy for optional upgrades. My House being built did not come standard with the latest internet cabling for highest speed. It was considered an upgrade. Security low voltage prewiring is not standard build and considered an upgrade. It bothers me these things cannot be added to my loan in full without a 20 percent deposit.
